Meal Planner Tutorial

In this way, you will be eating the types of foods which suit your particular tastes.  In addition, menus for a variety of  healthy meals are also stored for your instant recall.

Using HM2's online Meal Planner, you plan and record your own healthy meals in these 5 easy steps.  (Click on the green help button  to view a snippet of the corresponding screen.)

Search for healthiest food items.

2.

Enter weights or portion sizes.

3.

View meal's nutritional values.

4.

Save the meal.

5.

Use previously saved meals (optional).
