What is an HM2 user?

In the HealthMed2 Wellness Program, users are sometimes called "patients" or "participants" by their healthcare providers.  Users rely on the expertise of their providers who extend valuable services to increase patients' long-term weight loss success.  In summary, users are individuals who meet the following criteria:

• Users take part in HM2 via their healthcare provider. (Users cannot register in HM2 without the authorization of a provider.)
• Users pay their provider directly for all products and services offered on the HM2 website.  (Users do not conduct e-commerce with HM2.)
• Once registered, users regularly log onto the HM2 website to enter their daily nutrition and exercise data, view reports, and study the online curriculum.
• Users may receive additional support from their provider such as group lessons, office visits, and so forth.
• Users can also be called "patients" or "participants".
